Refund policy

At Run Far Live Free all sales are final. We are not currently accepting returns or exchanges. 

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Exception – Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at runfarandlivefree@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Please note: Claims submitted after 7 days or without sufficient documentation may not be honored.
